EvereadyEd has been with KNAC.COM since it's inception. He was there in the chatroom on the very first day and says he's been hiding from it ever since! He does find some of the roomies really entertaining, such as the ladies that run through the chatroom topless (his personal preference!) Ed feels strongly that this should occur more often on his show! LOL He's very loyal to the staff at KNAC and couldn't really choose the ones he felt were the most interesting. Instead he commented that anyone with a prison record is interesting so that covered pretty much the entire staff! Even though a lot of funny things happen in the chatroom during Ed's shift he didn't list one saying, "Oh hell! I can't remember. I have OLD TIMERS disease. I can't remember what happened last week in chat! LOL"

The DJ and head of the Pure Rock Patrol enjoys a good time and when we asked what he drinks to get drunk he told us, "Anything that's free, but if I have to pay for it I'll take a Captain and Coke for starters ... work my way to the shots from there." Anyone who knows Ed also knows that he happens to be a fan of MGD. (Good hints for those of you who want to buy him a drink at the next get together!)

On the subject of being a fan, Ed is 'fan'atical about the Rams but when it comes to music he likes pretty much everything that falls into the rock category. He says anything outside of the rock category blows. "To me, country music is the worst of them all. It always sounds like some loser crying because his woman left so he sleeps with his horse now or some weird crap like that." His most memorable concert was "The one I got tickets for! LOL And the other one was Iron Maiden at Irvine Meadows years ago. I got to go up on stage and sing with Bruce Dickinson for part of a song. OK, he sang and I tried to to sing!" This from the man whose answer to the question about what concert tickets he'd recently purchased or received was "Tickets you say? I'm the guy whose name is always missing from the list."

Even though Ed loves his job at KNAC he says his dream job is to be a bikini inspector at the Playboy Mansion. His worst job was as an Emergency Blood Driver. He says, "Can you imagine someone's life in my hands? DOH! It was mostly running all over the city picking shit up from different doctors' offices but the boss was an asshole. He once told me if I wore my KNAC (105.5) hat to work again he would fire me. I called his bluff the next day. LOL Then I quit a few days later."

We asked Ed what studio guest impressed him the most and he told us "They don't let me have guests. They keep me locked up in a little room with dim lights and throw scraps of food at me from time to time ... it's a living. But I did get to interview King's X and they were really cool guys." Some things do impress Ed though. He says no one can rip a new asshole in a person like RobJ can. "It's like watching a master craftsman create a work of art. To witness it first hand is truly an E ticket ride." He admires PhilthyPhil too because "No one can deal with porn stars the way Phildo does. Some day I would like to spank a porn star on the ass like he does." LOL
